Valentine's Day is approaching! Remember to bring your cards tomorrow for our party. We started our day with puzzles and books and then sang some songs.

 

 

 

 

 

 In the morning we did some painting at the easel and worked with pink playdough.

 

In the afternoon we did an activity based on the story "The Jacket I Wear in the Snow."  We had to listen carefully to Miss Julie's description and find the article of clothing that was described, i.e., "What do we wear around our necks to keep us warm?" and "What do we put on our feet before our boots?"

 

 

Both classes worked on a special project but there are no pictures of that. It's a surprise but here is a little hint:

 

We also had a little time to play outside.

 

 

 

Today our snack was pretzels and Craisins.
