Is there a doctor in the house? Several, in fact. We added a medical twist to our pet shop and opened up a veterinarian's office. The children have enjoyed nursing sick dogs and cats back to health.

 

In addition to working in the clinic, we played in rice at the sensory table, played with playdough, worked at the writing/cutting table, and painted at the easel.

 

 

During circle time we listened to a story and song on tape about a dog.

 

 

In the afternoon we practiced listening to rhythms and then tapping them on our rhythm sticks.

 

 

Snack today was popsicles.
