Today was an "eggciting" day! We started our fire station theme with a little bit of Easter fun mixed in.
In the morning we played musical chairs, jumped like monkeys, and then played a matching game. We had to put together some eggs that were broken.  There were eggs of all different colors and some were big and some were small. When we put our egg together we got to describe it: "I have a big, green egg."

In the afternoon we played a guessing game. Miss Julie read some clues that described animals that hatch from eggs (like alligators, penguins, and frogs) and we had to try to guess the animal. We did a great job.

Our art project today was making soft, white rabbits using cotton balls.

The sensory table is filled with grass and eggs. We had fun playing with the grass and opening the eggs to see the animals hidden inside.

Then we had time to play in the fire station.

Snack today was Teddy Grahams and clementines.
