We continued our holiday preparations today. Miss Diane put out some new holiday puzzles that we all enjoyed.

 

 We practiced our holiday songs and then we talked a little bit about patterns and noticed that candy canes have a red, white, red, white pattern. Then we had a chance to paint our own candy canes at the easel.

We also made wrapping paper to wrap up something special. No peeking!

We still have flour in the sensory table and we also played with green moon sand today.

Some of us put the finishing touches on our holiday projects.

We also had a little time to play in the bake shop and the building area. Miss Diane put out some new toys today including some airplanes, an airport, and a tree house.

 

Yesterday Miss Melani came and set up a fun obstacle course for us. We dressed up like Santa and his reindeer and then delivered heavy packages in a sleigh.

 

 

 

 

Snack today was pretzels and bananas.
