Let's talk turkey! We are getting ready for Thanksgiving in Miss Diane's class.

We started the day with books, puzzles and music.

Then we picked our favorite shapes.

 

Did we stop and rest? No. We put on our art hats and got busy. We started making our Thanksgiving turkeys by painting big, white paper plates brown. The morning class painted leaves with water color paint and the afternoon class glued different colored fall leaves on a tree.

Then we had a little time to play.

We had cheese, crackers, and apples for snack and then we listened to a story about fall leaves.

It was a very good day!
