Today was a great day. We had lots of opportunities for music and movement. In the morning class we jumped like monkeys and rocked in a boat.

 

In the afternoon class we played musical chairs. Then, everyone had a chance to ask, "What color is your chair?" and then answer, "My chair is ____."

 

We also had many different sensory activities today including playdough, cornmeal, and water play.

 

Both classes sequenced numbers by putting numbered ghosts in order and then sequencing the story of Little Boy Blue with Miss Julie.

 

 

There was also some time for free choice. We heard some very kind words today like, "Do you want to play?" and "You can have that."

Little Boy Blue, come blow your horn.

 

Snack today was raspberries and big and little vanilla cookies.
